Summer 08 19 Jun 2008 posted by Ville The summer of 08 seems to be on its way here, a couple of hot days have shown what the Finnish summer can be like.The new collection of summer beanies is especially designed for these hot days. Summer beanies keep the hair in check and cover your head from the burning sun. These beanies are made from cotton so they will not let cook your brain. I have been designing next winters new products and I gotta say that there will be huge surprise for you in 08/09 season! As you can see on the picture, I designed a brand new product. A hand crocheted tie! It works brilliantly and definetly stands out of the crowd. And what a great combination, graduation beanie and a tie, both handmade of finnish yarn! Get your own summer beanie and you won't get a sunstroke no more. Testing new gear and teaching crocheting 23 Feb 2008 posted by Ville  Woooohoo! Sorry, it has been to long from last time wrote here. I ve been designing new products, testing them and just enjoying snowboarding in Lapland. This photo is from a happening where I taught crocheting in Weegee House in Espoo. I gave two lessons and both of them were fully packed! And everyone who attended got their beanies almost finished and the quicker ones could walk away with a big smile and an own handmade beanie. Which means.. it is a year for celebration for Outo. This is the fifth birthday for Outo. And you better buckle your seatbelts because there will be a new collection of Outo products coming this year! More about that later on. IŽve been designing next falls products and tested them aswell. Last weekend we tested some products in Talma with team rider Timo. It was super fun! If you live in Espoo and you are interested in learning how to make beanies, come to Weegee House on 19.2 and 21.2. IŽll be there and teach you how to crochet! I take care of yarns and hooks, just bring yourself there. And you can keep the beanie you have made on the course! |
